If you want to split up the designs on the sheet now is the time, carefully cut around them. 3. prepare a damp cloth nearby 4. Remove the adhesive backing from the tattoo paper. 5. Apply the tattoo on your skin and press firmly for 20 seconds. The skin must be clean, dry and free of hair 6. Wet the tattoo with a damp cloth for 60 seconds. Make sure the tattoo is thoroughly wet. 7. If you aren't sure if it's been 60 seconds wait another 30 to be safe. 8. Remove the paper slowly to reveal the tattoo. 9.
